How did you go from Challenge Day to a successful career at SEDC?
From participating in Challenge Day to a full scholarship to the Digital Marketing Academy to a career as a digital marketer at SEDC. This is how I can most briefly describe my path to where I am today. I have had the desire for digital marketing for a long time, so I considered that solving the challenge was a great chance to test my knowledge and express my creative thought on a certain topic. I would say that the application itself started everything, from solving the challenge which was really fun, to participating in the academy and the knowledge you gain, to the possibility of an internship and successful employment at SEDC!
What does a working day of a digital marketer at SEDC look like?
I am currently part of the marketing team, days filled with work that fulfills me, people who want to start something new or are already part of this big family and want to progress even more. What was studied in the academy , I apply in my daily work and I think it is an excellent basis to start the career you want. I work on maintaining social media, creating content and paid advertisements, as well as participating in events related to the educational center. Involvement in numerous activities and offering creative solutions are a daily challenge in work, and from this comes the possibility of growth and realization of own goals that are identified with the goals of the company.
What is Challenge Day and what are the challenges?
An event at SEDC where the most talented and creative participants are rewarded. In my case, the digital marketing academy , we received an assignment for a given product and were looking for the best advertising solution and strategy around the assignment. For those who are hesitant about this, no prior knowledge is really required, just a strong enough desire to succeed and creativity!
What would you recommend to participants?
First of all, I would like to wish good luck and success to everyone who decided to visit this year’s Challenge Day . Express your creativity and give your best in the field where you think you want to start your career and don’t forget why you signed up, because Challenge Day is a unique opportunity offered by my, and maybe your, educational center.
