I am Slave Ivanovski , I am 20 years old and I come from Skopje. Some time ago I finished the programming academy at Qinshift Academy and I am currently a student at FINKI. After completing secondary education at the “Josip Broz-Tito” high school, I immediately enrolled at the academy. I use my free time to learn new skills in the IT industry.

I started my career as a programmer immediately after finishing the academy and currently I work as a Salesforce developer at Qinshift, and I am also an assistant at the programming academy .

The programming academy prepared me for a large part of the challenges I encounter every day in the workplace. It also developed my logic and improved my problem solving skills.

Upgrading and increasing knowledge in the IT industry is the most important thing for me.

I dedicate more than 10 hours a week to something new or to improving something I already know.

It’s never enough and more knowledge never hurts.

The academy projects were top notch. After completing each module, we had small projects (workshops), and we also got the opportunity to work on a real project. The work on the projects was excellently carried out by the academy, and the commitment of the mentors was crucial. Personally, those projects helped me a lot, they taught me teamwork and complexity.

I would highly recommend them to enroll in a programming academy, and I guarantee that it would be the best investment they could make. Make your commitment to learning your first priority, take an interest in learning more both in academia and in your free time. Homework is very important and you learn the most from it. The work you put in during those 12 months will pay off.

I wish you the best of luck and success in the future.
