Do I need to attend a course before taking the certification exam?
No, attending a course is not required. You can schedule the exam directly if you feel prepared.
Do you provide exam preparation materials?
No, as an authorized test center, we are not allowed to provide exam preparation materials. Candidates are responsible for obtaining their own resources for exam preparation.
What should I bring on the day of the exam?
You must bring two valid forms of identification, such as an ID card and a driver’s license or passport.
If I don't pass the exam, when can I take it again?
Yes, the certification is valid for 3 years. Before it expires, candidates must complete a recertification process to maintain their certification.

If I don't pass the exam, when can I take it again?
Only a short break (Unscheduled Break) is allowed, during which the exam time continues. During this break, the candidate must not leave the building or have access to their mobile phone.
