Hello Merima, can you introduce yourself?
I’m Merima Mumdzic, I’m 27 years old and I’m a certified Macedonian language teacher who failed to get a job. As a self-taught artist, I decided to somehow realize my affinity for art and turn it into something that would become my profession.
You made a decision to return to the student desks again, why exactly the Academy of Graphic Design at Qinshift Academy?
After numerous successful students, I decided on Qinshift Academy and considered that the graphic design academy was an ideal solution, as well as the best channel for translating creativity into visual skills.
What challenges did you face at the Academy?
I can say that my biggest challenge was to realize the idea through tools and programs that were totally unknown to me. Technically, I started from scratch.
How would you describe the process from student to employee?
The process from student to employee requires commitment and motivation. Motivation during studies, motivation for successful completion, and motivation for finding a job.
What does it mean to be a Graphic Designer right now?
Successful realization of the goal through a profession that fulfills me. Working on diplomas and certificates is also a big part of the job.
A message to our future students and your future colleagues?
The academy requires commitment and effort, but it is an excellent catapult for everyone who wants to start a new career, for young and old, for those who have not succeeded in finding their profession or think it is too late for something new.
If you also want to start a career as a Graphic Designer, your time is now! Reserve your place. Registrations for the Graphic Design Academy are ongoing.
